Development - Photographs from Photoshoot

From looking through the photographs that we took at the beginning of this project, we decided that they are of good quality to be used for our ancillary tasks. In Photoshop I have edited some of the photographs to give them an added effect, adjusting the colour, lighting, composition, contrast to make them stand out more to the audience.
In this photo shoot we used props such as a guitar, this is to show forms of mise en scene.
When taking the first photo shoot we didn't use a back screen we just used a wall with no lighting and they didn't really come out as well, so on our second photo shoot we used a back screen with lights, this was to give an added effect, using the lights made it effective as we were able to make the characters faces light up by facing the lights towards them.

These are the photographs with out proper lighting and a back screen.

Looking at these you can see that the quality of photograph is very good, the colour of the photos are also dull and life less, these wouldn't attract any target audience.

So are next step was to take the photographs again but with a proper background and lighting, so we created a studio within our media room. Below there are photographs of us setting up the studio and the photographs that we took.

From looking at these photographgs you can see a major difference in the photograph, the photos taken in the studio are a sharper image, the colours stand out more, the lighting gives a great effect, the images look that more professional.
